“Benjamin, the maintenance guy, was very helpful in getting the guest services laundry machines up and running again. The machine refused to accept my quarters. He quickly reset the machines and made them work just fine. Not 10 minutes later he was back helping to reset the outdoor sauna (some kid had hit the emergency stop for no reason). Kudos to Benjamin for his fantastic customer service! We will highly recommend this place to all our friends and family.”

“We absolutely loved our stay with Hocking Hills Cabins & Resorts! The cabins are gorgeous- thoughtfully designed with everything you might need for a stay. They were clean and modern, but still managed to capture that rustic feel of a private, wooded escape. We loved the fire pits provided with each rental, and took full advantage of the sparkling clean hot tub to relax after a long day on the trails. The gaming console in the basement was a HUGE hit with our child. The location couldn't be more perfect. You're situated about 10 minutes from the restaurants and shopping in Logan, and about 10-15 minutes from the Hocking Hills sites. Cabins are privately nestled in the woods with beautiful starry nights, the sounds of wildlife, and sun streaming through the trees each morning. Check-in was extremely simple- we were provided a door code that allowed access to our rental and were ready to move in! For transparency's sake, our cabin had not been serviced when we arrived, but within an hour, the company had a cleaner on-site and they immediately made it right with us. Sometimes the best measure of a company's quality is how they act when things AREN'T perfect, and we were super-impressed with their communication and quick response. We've already started looking at their properties for future stays. Don't hesitate to book here! It is a gem!!”

“The staff of the HHC&R are attentive, friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival I needed some assistance and Vanessa, Colin and Megan provided top notch customer service. I love the location because you still have excellent cell service which makes it an ideal location for those who travel and work. The bed was super comfortable and the linens were so fresh and clean. It's close to Logan which makes it ideal for hitting the Kroger or one of the many restaurants. If you are the type of traveler that likes the convenience of cooking on the road full kitchen with the basics. The hot tub was clean and well attended to and exact what you need after a long day on the trails. Thanks for making my stay comfy-- see you soon.”

“Loved the Chardonnay Cabin #7! What a beautiful property with the most refreshingly clean and luxury Cabins!! We stayed a few nights to visit our son at college nearby and this was by far the best place to be! It’s remote and secluded. Cabin was larger than the photos appeared. So very spacious, quiet and the kitchen was amazing! Despite the very direct policy on bringing your own paper products… the cabin was well sticked and we did not have to break into our own stock. There were 3 of us for 3 nights. The hot tub was so well maintained and clean! We could tell they added water and serviced it while we were out one day. I could have stayed forever! Tranquil setting in the woods. It’s good to note the drive in is a bit daunting the first time you arrive, especially arriving at night. Also LOVE all the twinkle lights on property! It made it very easy to identify as we drove in looking for the property. Working in the hotel industry it was strange to get used to no one being there to greet you or checking… but they were Very prompt with responding in the app chat about firewood and any needs. The large cabins looked awesome for big groups! Oh! I almost forgot! The kitchen chairs were very comfortable, the fan in the main room was nice. It looks like they are building more cabins on the other side too. Highly recommend a stay!”

“We stayed in the Rose Cabin and it was wonderful. Very clean and nice for a little couples getaway. The cabin was very nice and super clean. The hot tub was very relaxing and the property getting to the cabin and surrounding was very pretty. Would stay here again if we're ever back in the area. We also loved Fox,s High Rock Farm right across the road. The location is also very good. You'll be close to a bunch of trails.”
